Thatβs a labour of love! Even the bread is a great depth, so people arenβt paying for them height in a burger. I want to watch the tomato slicer close up repeatedly.
I once had a bit of a blip with a salad spinner. I was merrily working through several lettuces, washing & spinning, of course I got bored. I wasnβt concentrating and it fly all over π finely cut lettuce everywhere π and water of course

But if weβre going for value I agree even with drink and fries 15 bucks is pushing it. Thatβs like beach prices. Sadly though there are places who regularly charge more for worse food so it could end up being that price soon because of demand.

Unfortunately, people have been mislead about vegetable (seed) oil, so all of these works were for naught. Seed oil was in everything from mayo to deep fryers. Foods need to be thrown out.
