Love the idea of finishing off the BBQ cook at the table so you get it cooked as you prefer. Had this in Spain with a steak served on a sizzling stone slab and you just cut off bits and could caramelise each mouthful all round. Really turned a plain old steak into an experience which I am sure you get if you are lucky enough to dine here. Way too health and safety conscious to do it anywhere here in the UK.

I always had appreciation for charcoal cooked food, Having a red charcoal palate on a table to finish my food is just tops this!
I was in Korean BBQ before, but electric plate and a paper thin slices of chewy meet did not leave a good impression.
