I really liked part two, where they were cooking banquet style, so there was some love going into the food. I was depressed by the third part of a totally mechanized food process. Just throw the proscribed ingredients in and let the machine do the cooking. No cooking love, no nice finishing, just putting out industrial food. It made me sad as a cook.
