That's crazy, seeing as how they don't trim a single piece of meat they serve. There is a reason certain parts of an animal are taken out during the butchering process. Because they are NOT PLEASANT to eat. Over there, they are just like, "Yeah I had to fight through the meat. Sinew, tendons, grissel. All that stuff. 10/10 great meal. Oh, and all the meat was boiled and grey by the way." Yeah, nah. You need to trim your meat. Using every part of the animal and eating disgusting food are not the same thing. Trim the chicken. I would not touch this food.

@@waffleman85What are you even talking about? Nothing needs trimming here. Just chicken legs, wings and boneless thighs. If you are some sort of fat weenie who doesn't want skin or chicken fat why do you even watch these videos? Go watch steamed veggie videos or something.

I like the way they add the sauce to the chicken - all done in a hot wok so that the sauce adheres to the chicken really good. Yummy!

some of my fondest memories are of walking the streets of Thailand and trying the street foods. It didn't matter if I didn't know what it was, if it looked good and smelled good it would be good. All for the price of a 10 bot coin. I miss those days, I wish we had that here. Also yes, I know this is in Korea. It just touched those memories in me.

What ingredient were they putting with the chicken in most of the dishes ? It was looked white or maybe yellow and was cooked with the sauce

I would guess it's dumplings, or some sort of sticks made with potatos and flour/starch. The purpose of them is to lower the intensity of the dish, like a break in between chicken pieces, but i can be wrong :")

Yum! I don't fry food very much but it looked like some of the chicken being put in the fryer was already fried? Are they double frying the chicken? Does that make it crisper?

Double frying is a technique to allow as much moisture reduction as possible, yes. By letting it cool more water leaves, then you finish it with a flash fry to get it nice and crispy.
