I’m Afghan but I grew up in Islamabad Pakistan and I speak Urdu and Punjabi although my main language is Farsi. There are many Afghans who settled in Pakistan in the last 30-40 years of war. Much love and respect to Pakistani people though, I have many great memories growing up in Pakistan.

You cant avoid flies if you're cooking outside. And what the hell does the "lack of women" have to do with the cleanliness of the food?
He seems cleanliness conscious. Was cleaning the inner rims of the container, also was careful not to drip a single drop of ghee, squeezed the 1st packet systematically using warmth of container. His steel jug were clean. Beside the cooking was simplest with just handful of ingredients.
