That's the whole point of the that CGI monster face on Irene exactly when Seulgi is not looking (the backbend part of the choreo). This also makes sense if you look at the lyrics, Irene sings "I’ll horribly steal your heart
and dominate you" and Seulgi sings "Under a single lighting, why are there two shadows?
