Sit or lay down comfortably
Breath in through your nose and breath out through your mouth slowly and deeply, three times.
Ask your your body:
Why are you in pain?
What is it that I need to do or change?
Is it my diet? My posture? Or maybe my thoughts? Do I worry too much for something or somebody? Do I need to forgive somebody? Do I need to forgive me?
After you asked, allow a moment to receive an answer, be attentive since you may hear it here and now or may be in a dream or in any other way.
We have two great teachers in our lives, LOVE and PAIN. But, they both teach us a lot.
When you feel pain, you become more compassionate for others, more human, and you show empathy easily.
Say thank you to your pain for teaching you something you need to know and do.
Maybe we need to stop thinking too much about ourselves and start thinking and caring more about others.
If you feel pain, your body is trying to tell you something and something needs to be done and is not taking pills, but pay attention and listen so you can heal from inside yourself.
Be grateful for everything you have and donโt have. Thank all the cells in your body for helping you heal any pain you may be experiencing now like I am.
