I have a diagnosed social anxiety disorder. Today has been filled with a lot of meeting new people and starting new things. Now I have a job interview coming up in 30 minutes and I couldn’t stop myself from hyperventilating. The fear of the unknown has been overwhelming at this turning point in my life, but listening to this song is the one thing that lets my mind rest. My heart rate is currently lowering while I’m typing this, and I can finally control my breathing. Slow and steady. It’s strange, it’s as if I can’t think about stressful things when this song is playing. The music makes me somewhat hopeful, that things will be okay no matter what happens. I just have to go in there and have a conversation, and if it works out, that’s great, and if not then I’ll find something else. It’s not the end of the world. I can do this

They will drink the ocean if you're afraid to swim. They will put the effort in and do whatever it takes... to make you feel at home. Never take anything or anyone for granted and never settle for less. In the end, if it's meant to be, all things will fall into the right pieces. And till then, take care of yourself. If you want to, take this as a sign.

Just got out of the shower with my baby and this music came on as recommended, I left it on because it was so relaxing, I got my baby dressed in his pjs, combed his hair, and now I’m putting him to sleep. Overall this has been such a peaceful night routine

I’m so conditioned to staying up late now, it no longer feels the same as it did when I was younger. Staying up past midnight was something of a feat, and now, it’s a routine. 2 am, sitting in bed, alone, crying, it’s just not how it used to be. This music somehow keeps me grounded, it pulls me back and reassures me that I may sleep tonight. It’s become a part of my nightly routine of sleeplessness, but it is slowly pulling me into a new routine of health and sleep. Thank you.

When I was a young bride, I wanted to walk down the aisle to Clair de Lune so badly. We were married in a church, so I had to use a church song. My mom wanted me to get married In the church, so I caved. 26 years later I still imagine this as the song I walked down the aisle to, and I imagine it being an outdoor wedding in a pretty garden or meadow. It’s silly, but it’s one of my favorite things to imagine. 💕

i’ve been listening to this exact video on this exact channel for maybe 3 years now? i’m not quite sure. i feel like a child again listening to this. my preschool teacher used to play this song at nap time and those days were my happiest. this makes me feel whole and happy again. i would like to thank the creator of this video. i’ve been listening to it for so long it’s like my brain hears this song and knows “okay time for sleep”. i would say 10 minutes and i’m knocked out almost like i’m being hypnotized! in the best way possible. i cannot thank you enough for making this video and keeping it up. One of my friends is named Clair de Lune. I am swimming now in a small pool my husband set up over the Summer. Being in the water, looking up at the sky, imagining angels, family, pets in Heaven. This year had been crazy; from being virtual, heart issues, getting cardiac surgery, heading back into school, and making up school assignments i’ve been stretched like a piece of taffy! I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the KRplus tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work. This video eased all of that. Thank you so much for posting

I really want to learn how to play Claire de lune on a piano, I don’t have one of my own yet but I’m hoping to get a keyboard soon, I’ve learnt how to play piano thanks to my wonderful music teacher but it’s been a dream of mine to learn to play Claire de lune as it’s such a beautiful piece!

I feel like this is what Love sounds like. Where nothing else matters but the one whom you hold close. The warmth of their touch, the sound of their voice. A moment in time where everything is as it should be, mirroring a hillside on a sunny day under the shade of a tree. Birds chirping, butterflies flitting about. The world is at peace, even if it’s just for that moment.

Clair de lune reminds me of looking back at all the past life’s you’ve had at the end of your last life and thinking about every happy and sad memories but all of the angry memories are.....gone?...but all you feel at last is joy and euphoria because your at peace with everything you’ve ever lost and gained and you take your last breath only in joy and ,peace........

Clair de Lune always reminds me of my girlfriend, her name's Claire, so I have an automatic association already. But furthermore, my brother used to play the song a lot when I was around 5, so that mix of nostalgia and the thoughts of her mix together and create a very nice comfy feeling :) This video also specifically really adds to that. Daisy's are my favorite flower so I think of all the times she's given me daisies or brings up daisies when she sees them, and it also just makes it feel like it's a mixture of both of us together or something. The rain also reminds me how we both love the rain and would love to sit together and listen to the rainfall. We're long-distance currently, and although it's hard sometimes, I love her so much. If everything goes right we hope to move in together in the future, but even if circumstances change, I'm so happy with her presently, and that's what matters most :))
Also, a quick edit, I've realized that the comfy feeling that I get, also derives from the beautiful composition of the piece and how it evokes a similar feeling in almost everyone who listens to it.

i remember, i played this song as i laid in bed, snuggling with my kitten. he had a terrible fever, he was super lethargic, and could not eat or drink. i tried many medicines, none worked. i was sure he was on his death bed. so i cuddled him one last time, as i cried into his fur. i woke up the next morning, and i have never been so relieved. there my baby was, eating and drinking at his food bowls. by some miracle, he pushed through. now he’s 1 year old as of June. i love him more than myself. thank you for making this video, it’s beautiful ❤
