If you listen to Scream, Die my darling and Dig up her bones in that order there's like a 10 min story about a guy that turns into a zombie, kills his girl and then digs her back up so they can be undead together.

So I find it funny that a few years back I was at the Flea Market with my mom. As we were walking around someone she went to school with in the 80's (I'm a 90's baby) Anyway he was a huge Misfits fan as am I. So I told him I loved his Misfits shirt. He replied shocked I knew who they were. So he asked me my favorite song by them. I answered Scream. So he said if I knew it to sing it with him. And word for word we both sang Scream. He was happy to know someone so young at the time loved Misfits like him. He became very cool with me after and til this day we still are cool and before I moved to the W.C we would jam to the Misfits.

I remember a buddy bringing over an official VHS of this video after school. He had just got it from the local record store. It was supposed to be a promo meant for in store play he said. KRplus didnt even exist yet. Never thought I'd ever see this on KRplus with 18 million views. Amazing.

I find this band the same as kiss they dress all thrash and heavy but they just sound like a heavy version of skaw but don't get me wrong I have listened to misfits since the 90s but again again when I come back for the nostalgic feeling I'm still left the feeling of being betrayed even tho it's not like that all in all I still think black flag is the true punk with true punk lyrics

Glenn Danzig is still the Misfits, but you can’t deny Michael Graves’ talent making the Misfits without Glenn viable.
Yeah honestly some of my favourite Misfits songs were released during Graves's time in the band
Danzig's voice was awesome and ominous but I still think Graves was the better singer. He had way more range.
The Misfits became way heavier and better imo with Graves. I still enjoy Danzig era and Danzig ofc

This is the first time i listen to this band and i was expecting something like death metal, they would scream so loudly or something but this turned to be so much better than what i thought

I agree that music can be heavy without screaming. Take Dream Theater as a good example of that. However, the overall tone of this song is pretty cheery, bright and upbeat. I usually dont equate that sound with something that looks like it's from a horror movie. It just seems a little disconnected, if that makes sense.

Watching Micheal Graves perform this song with other Misfit throwbacks brought alot of nostalgia and memories of middle skool and high skool. They threw 1 hell of a show and the guys a very down to earth, humble dude. Im glad i was able to see his band play the other nite, definetly 1 to remember.

Misfits is a band that accompanies me almost all my life. Since childhood, I have listened to this with my father, cousins and friends. I love all his incarnations with each of his vocalists. Today on the Internet I meet with pointless discussions, throwing shit and lowering the ratings of their albums on websites like allmusic. One of the most important bands in history doesn't deserve it.

i think this song sums up the 2nd iteration of the misfits pretty well. Showcases Graves singing style and still pays homage to the campy horror history of the band. If the Danzig misfits was friday the 13th, then this feel like Part 6 Jason lives. Taking a new direction, like it or not.

Doyle isn’t on roids, there are tons who have worked out with him, been regulars at gyms he frequented....especially back when (not sure if he still does) lived in Bergen county NJ.
Just because you are jacked doesn’t mean you are on Roids, Doyle was pretty skinny when he joined the band and gradually got bigger, it wasn’t a quick blow up.
After all these years you think people would stop that nonsense, after a length of time he has shown (never has either) any of the usual signs or past/present steroid use....road rage, hair loss, acne, water weight, etc
