You can see she works super hard to stay in shape, eats super healthy which is not easy. I remember models back in the day smoking and partying all day...She takes her job seriously and it pays off, she deserves all her success.

I debate you on this,I've got a whole bunch of food allergies.......I'm I going to stop taking work trips due to this fact,plus I've a high metabolism ,I'm not 20 I'm in my 50s always been hard to keep weight on.
Need healthy snacks similar to what Romee was displaying .....Yes,it does look excessive but some were for both of them.

These videos have really helped me with my bulimia. It helps me see that instead of eating a whole large pizza and vomiting and feeling terrible after, I could eat tasty healthy food and feed great.

SYEDA NAQVI don’t ever make fun of someone’s eating disorder!! often times what happens is that people binge after restricting their caloric intake and then feel guilty and force themselves to vomit (to get rid of the food).

I am from India and we also travel with a bag full of snacks.

for example teaching the way a model should walk on a runway,like a tutorial(the whole body posture ,legs moves ect.),and what you think you when you are on the runway...

I live in Paris and I’ve seen famous people, but I just don’t care. They’re normal people. I’m not going to scream at them.
Cause she doesnt have an entorage after her and paparazzi and she isnt famous in the same level as kendall gigi bella and she wears suglasses outside also that..she doesnt have a familiar face she can blend with the masses..its sounds mean but she is sweet and cute but its from a place of honesty

^ Romee is 5'11 and Laurens is 6'6. He's a lot taller than her.
They said in another video that he tried it, and if i remember correctly he was too tall (i am not sure about the last part but he did try modeling)
Romee is lovely. Her boyfriend is also lovely. She works very hard and promotes a healthy lifestyle.....in some ways, there is almost an element of...dare I say it.... boredom to her routine? Not saying that's a bad thing at all. It's refreshing to be entertained by a world famous model who appears to be level headed and down to earth. It makes her relatable. She has fabulous looks, sweet personality, good work ethic, supportive doting boyfriend.....I wish her all the best in her career and life

YES she is so structured and consistent in her routine, which seems like a...."mundane" way to live for the coked-up supermodels who don't adopt the same healthy lifestyle that she lives. @@elfot3538 not only God, environment plays a big role. Being breastfed as baby, chew hard in childhood. Good oral posture and good genes = attractive face. Orthotropics, mewing, craniofacial dystrophy. Orthodontics can damage your face and mouth breathing. I think she was lucky to have straight teeth and never wore braces due to good oral posture.

Why do Romee's food look so appetizing? When I try to eat healthy, the food taste so bland that I don't even last a day without craving for a burger 😂

Use 1/2 12 grain bagel ( rt serving size) or best yet,no gluten,whole wheat breat that there you've got your breakfast or lunch or brunch.

I eat 3 eggs every day @ lunch w chives then sometimes scramble them ....secret carbs ok but limit them.....no diet pop water water try & eat on regular times....were all different. What works for her may fail for you.
Alcohol huge calorie waster! So if weight is your prob or it's just the snacks your digging imsure you could find at your local health food store

I Romee, i live in Paris and just let you know, you have several organic stores in Paris : 1) Naturalia 2) Biocoop 3) La vie Claire - these are the most commun, so you can find your hapiness there for next time :-)
When Ι travel, Ι always find the local organic stores. Ι still always bring a suitcase of certain foods, that Ι need, αnd then Ι buy fruits, vegetables, and some other thιngs, at the Βιο store. :) Ιt is always helpful, knowing the organic stores. I love the fact that being a super model (and even at fashion week) you have such a good, healthy and chilled relationship with food and that you show that’s okay to relax and have some time off.
