Yall need a house that is modern, spacious with lots of storage. If you have a pool it needs to be fenced in with a lock on it.

I’m a homeowner buy a house you will build equity and no you are not stuck in it lol you can sell whenever you want. Also to deal with home issues like leaks, air conditioner, etc get a home warranty. It’s only about 40-60 a month and then when you have a house issue they come out you pay a one time fee of $60-100 and they fix the problem without you having to pay hundreds hire contractors etc . My dad taught me that, to own and never rent long term just temporarily ♥️

Hopefully Clarence can have his man cave, Queen can have her studio & the kids can have a play room along with EXTRA space for clothing & other utilities that include family time, like a backyard, a movie theater room & etc.. 🔥 Y’all moving on up every year & yet still humble asl. I’m praying y’all get everything y’all want in a house.

Queen was just in a apartment on the red couch and air mattresses. Clarence was in his mom's basement. NOW THEY "JUST LOOKING" AT A 1000 ROOM MANSION? GOD IS GOOD😩💔😭

Personally I feel like they should get their own house built. A lot more of investment, and time but in the long run it'll be worth it.

This house is GORGEOUS‼️ Definitely a family house. I would move my whole family in lol but I would definitely lease first then if you guys decide to stay for good, then buy it later on. No need to rush when it comes to being a homeowner. ☺️ I love you guys!❤️
