#4 The cammer is definitely to blame. You stay in lane when leaving a roundabout, you cut across the Mini who was in the correct lane. Some of these cammers really need to learn to drive and stop blaming it on the other drivers.

Read the highway code. ( Rule Section 129 )
You can cross a double white line if the vehicle in front of you is traveling 10mph or less and it is safe to do so.
In regards as to where the truck crossed, he could absolutely see down that road well enough and long enough to mitigate hazard if a vehicle was to come the other way. (especially since the road is a 30mph)
The only thing that was bad about that event is that the truck didn't leave enough space between them and the cyclist.
Being a good road user is also about fixing your mis-understandings for the benefit of all. Not just yourself.

#38 Since the rules on priority have changed, rule 170 states "give way to pedestrians crossing or waiting to cross a road into which or from which you are turning" so i would say the bicycle was mostly in the correct. I will admit its a hard rule change to get used to.

#63 - Car in front put hazards on well before it braked. From the audio, it sounds like the cammer put his hazards on, too, so why the hell didn't he slow down then? Crazy.

Let's face it we have all made mistakes and been in the wrong lane and occasionally pulled out when we shouldn't have done, but with so much traffic and people being impatient its only going to get worse.

Overtaking in built up areas with junctions, overtaking on roundabouts, not checking blind spots for vulnerable users, driving in a zoned out state with almost no awareness or anticipation... and that's just the cammers.

Cammers should only use the horn to warn of approach, unlike many who use it in road rage. I never use my horn when it is not necessary.

Most of these, as usual, are the cammers demonstrating their own poor observation and anticipation, or purposely driving into danger so that they can sound the horn. I remember the days when the cammers were the good drivers!

#13 should have been reading the road and most probably knew that the car will need to pull out to overtake the tractor. Another example of blame others for your own failure to read the road properly.

I have to say, quite a few cammers are driving far too close to the vehicle in front especially the one at 56 minutes. Barely half a second behind on a wet road. Wet road absolute minimum distance behind should be 4 seconds

#81 Simon turner moaning about a rubber necker with is no safe I agree but after the accident intimidates the driver in front by flashing his lights, and then proceeds to do a highly illegal manoeuvre of undertaking. Maybe this driver needs some more lessons.

19:39 you do not approach a mini roundabout with a blind corner doing that speed. A mini roundabout doesn't just make it clear to go you need to slow down and check, and if someone else is on the roundabout you need to wait instead of being a prat

Never under or overtake HGV vehicles or hang about in their blind spots on roundabouts. They need more room than a car to manoeuvre, hold back!

No.4, try giving way to traffic approaching from the right as you are supposed to and learn some lane discipline.

I love the Uk nearly crashed dashcam footage compared to Russian and Chinese where they just don’t give a sh*t about anyone! We manage to break and swear and beep our horns all at the same time! At 8.00 that lorry would have had little chance of stopping with that weight of concrete on the back. He could have lost his load if he had tried to. The keep clear signs are there for a reason! Cammer needed to give lorry more space and could have easily slowed down. Lack of experience / knowledge on the cammers part not knowing what is involved driving a heavily loaded HGV

Driver at 48:42 stopping on A2 . The guy realised he was heading in the wrong direction if he stayed in his lane hence, he indicates to move over to the right. Have some patience and give them room to change course. Local drivers never consider visitors to their town.

#4 The mini did nothing wrong, there is nowhere in the highway code that says the right lane is for 3rd or 4 exit only. Carrying straight on in lane 2 to lane 2 on the opposite side is correct. Change lanes from 1 to 2 as you come off the roundabout without looking, is a stupid thing to do.

clip 2 and 4 are in the same situation, 2 opposing view points and think that both are right...how??? how can it be so dificult to navigate a roundabout???
what is the cam car beepeing at? he is in the wrong lane for where he was trying to go....the markings on the road say that much at least....
clip 6 - the lorry overtakes safely, the road is clear, but the cyclist somehow thinks is a good ideea to veer towards the middle of the road. how is that safe? i thought you should keep as close to the kerb as possible when overtaken.

#6 The lorry driver looks like he’s doing less than 10mph and, with the height of his cab, it appears he has good forward vision. The criticism may be that he’s too close to the cyclist prior to the overtake. It is intimidating and perhaps that’s why the cyclist has the hump.

#1 Van had signal on and although the bike had priority according to the Jan22 HC, he’s an idiot for overtaking a van turning right with a signal on.
#4 Clough Rd roundabout - lane 2 on the approach is an ahead lane as well as a right turn lane. There are no road markings or lane board to say otherwise. The camper was at fault for changing into his lane without looking.

#14 is in Bury Greater Manchester, and people are always doing that there. 2 roads merge to 1 and then split off into 2 again, so drivers from the far road need to get over, and there is not a lot of distance to do it in time. Usually people are quite ignorant and don't let others in, but the Audi gave no prior warning.

#29 moaning about minding his own business, so much so he missed the warning sign for the junction and wasn't using appropriate speed - exactly the type of guy to T bone a vehicle, kill someone and then blame them even though he doesn't slow down for junctions.

So here’s a driving tip for all you drivers who find yourselves on a roundabout in the wrong lane (usually the 3rd and you need the 1st or 2nd) you know you can always keep going around the roundabout right….

If you want to die on a motorway, stay in the car.

People need to learn, a mini roundabout does not give you automatic right to only look right and drive through expecting everyone else to give way - otherwise it should just be a regular junction. There is another rule on roundabouts everyone seems to forget - give way to people already on the roundabout (even if they are coming from the left, if they get on first, it is their right of way). In this case (19.50) they entered at the same time so it would likely be 50/50 although I would blame the white car more, however, most problems come from people just charging through even though they have every right to pull out if you have not entered the roundabout.
