Just Friends needs a sequel, such a good movie. Sequel not complete without "I Swear" being sung again..
While that could be a cool thing that can happen, I can see some chump will probably be looking at that movie as some sort of ploy to "justify incel behaviour" all because of the term "friend zone" and given this generation, they'd probably be up in arms about it. I could be wrong though.

Just Friends was such an underrated movie... I'd love to see a sequel if only to see him and his brother fighting again.
I've always had a soft spot for this movie. One of my first jobs was at a movie theater and on my first shift we had a staff screening of JUST FRIENDS at like 2 in the morning. Everyone thought it was hilarious. Core memory. When he slides down the hill on the stretcher is one of the funniest scenes of all time.

I live in Regina, Saskatchewan where they filmed the movie. I remember them filming the car accident taking place at the house with all the Christmas tree lights. They filmed at midnight and the temperature was about minus 25 degrees celsius. Talk about suffering for your art! I love the interplay between the brothers because it reminds me so much about my relationship with one of my siblings when I was young. I also love seeing all the local spots where they filmed in Regina and Moose Jaw. Such a fun movie for so many reasons.
My sister and I love Just Friends. We always quote “come on Dusty!” whenever something isn’t working.
