I was in LA for 2 years because I went to graduate school (USC). I did not make ANY friends there. I'm an Indian and LA was the first place I visited in the US.
The loneliest 2 years of my life bro. I did not how people in the other cities in the US were so I just assumed I was too stupid and ugly for Americans 🥺🙈

Been living in LA for almost 2 years and as much as I don’t think this is a good or cheap(!) place to even buy a house and have a family, I’ve met the most amazing people here! It’s definitely not where you live but with whom.
I’m from Central Europe and moved to the States at 19, started in Texas, moved to NJ and ended up in Cali and this place is what I can finally call home.
This house feels much more like a home than the one in LA
Honestly I’m so glad that a lot of KRplusrs are moving away from the toxicity and having a semi online presence with less “party culture” and more finding genuine happiness.
Never forget that most of us have been around since the beginning of Shane, and you two, and we enjoy YOU GUYS not the glitzy shmancy LA stuff - you two are the magic we come back for. I can't wait to see kiddo vlogs and sledding down that hill and imagine the FALL VIEWS you'll have on that patio... Can't wait to see it along with you!

This house gives me the forever home vibe that their current house never gave me when they toured it. I knew that their current house was a nice house, but it didn’t give me “this is home” vibes. I love this and I think that they could live happily ever after in it.

I think a move is what they need. LA is so toxic, everyone knows them, they seem so happy there. It’s very remote, very relaxing, and perfect for starting their family.
Exactly! Moving to Colorado will be hitting the restart button. It will give them the opportunity to leave all the drama behind once and for all. No one here in Colorado knows them, it's their chance to grow and heal without judgy stares.
With shanes reputation online there gonna have some hurdles with adoption and surrogacy im adopted lol i love shane and ryland but they will look into your past

Please do not get any horses or ponies unless you have hired professionals to help you EVERYDAY AND EVERY NIGHT. I promise you will not want to put in the physical labor that horses REQUIRE to maintain their healthy, happiness, and comfort. Horses are SOOOO MUCH WORK, EXTREMELY expensive, and easy to kill If you don’t know what you’re doing.

yes horses are a lot of work & they should at least hire someone that can help them learn the ropes but i honestly think something like that would be so good for shane to get out of his own head & away from the internet & when you’re bonded with your horse, the taking care of them part is something you want to do.
Exactly, horses can't be impulsively bought. Theres alot fo work that goes into them. But i'm sure sShane and Ryland would do a their research and learn how to care and look after horses before buying them. I think looking after and riding such beautiful creatures would really do Shane alot of good. I'd love to see them have horses, as long as they are aware of the commitment. But if they are living in a farm house and educate themselves I really don't see why not.
Even if it doesn’t end up being this house, y’all are clearly so much happier there. You can see it in your eyes. It’s okay to grow and move on. Dreams can change and that’s okay!

Am I the only one who has noticed how much Shane has grown mentally. Even just the slightest bit. I’ve been watching him for about 5 years. But in this video I noticed how he made no negative jokes about himself and he seemed so much happier. He’s thinking about growing a family and getting the perfect house. I feel so happy for him

Ever since the controversy, he's tried so hard to grow. He used to make jokes like that as a coping mechanism, almost all of his jokes are that but he got slandered for making them because they were offensive. Shane has blossomed so much in this home. I know Ryland misses LA, but this home has become such an important place in their lives. Their LA house is just that, a house. This CO house is a home. So happy for them and Morgan with the place they’re at in their lives right now.

true. I honestly think they should just convince Teresa to move to Colorado as well. I think they need to get away from LA and just start a new life. It seems as if she has been living there for a very long time now and since she won't have anybody in LA it would make sense just to retire at this point or find a job in Colorado and just sell her house. I don't see why she would want to stay in LA, maybe they're planning that behind the scenes?
There's room for her to come stay and have her own space in the other house. She doesn't need to move. Not really.

You guys have to get this place. The vibe feels so unique and special. Getting out of the city really seems like the best thing to do these days, so many people are doing it and have spoken about how much happier they are. Also, being closer to home really heals you, it’s good for the soul

Watching this 2 years later and am just heartwarmed at all the memories Shane and Ryland have created on this house. As they are moving around ooing and ahing, I can see Shane running down the stairs to show Ryland and us his office and making sure to twerk on the wall for us! Lol..or see Ryland desperatly try and make the Lucky Charms cheesecake or when Shane thought his jacket was on fire while he was sitting in front of the fireplace in thw loving room! Lol, these videos have been the most loving, sweet, and entertaining videos I've ever watched (including LA house 😊). So happy for you two (now four! Squee!). ❤️
This house is more homey. It’s somewhere you’d automatically find comfort. It feels like a place of love and family. Just saying.

this video fr changed my whole perspective on what would be my dream home. even all these months later I feel like it's still the most gorgeous house I've ever seen. the pure warm and welcoming cozy vibes the basement alone gives.. just picturing endless movie nights wrapped up in comfy blankets! genuinely this is the true definition of a dream home and I'm so happy that ryland and shane were able to make it theirs

Am I the only one who doesnt like the house? The grounds are amazing and the lush green preferable to dry LA but the actual house is so 'live, laugh, love', not a cool contemporary home for young men.

@@nottoday7092 well obviously they would change the decoration. The only thing that makes it "live laugh love" are the "farmhouse" and "laundry room" signs that scream basic or cheugy or whatever it is it's called now. The house itself is nice. They can always remodel and make it their style.

I do however find myself comfortable hanging out outside when I'm in a secluded place, either alone or with family. This garden looked so much more comfortable to me than their LA garden just from watching it.

You can of course still visit and whatnot but to have a stable beautiful home in Colorado would be so beneficial to both of you I feel. This house, wow, I cannot think of a better house for you two! It is first of all GORGEOUS, it is so close to family, and so close to nature (the best healer in the world). I see you two getting so much peace there, being able to be who you are but still have so much freedom and nature around you that will be so good for mental health!
