Strictly Business - Mt. Wilson Red Box descent

- This is a sketchy road with loads of rocks that are the same colour as the road surface, a lot of shade hiding those rocks even further, countless cracks, and deep sand on the edge.
Right after I filmed the Wrecking Crew on Hwy 2 film ( • Wrecking Crew on Hwy 2... ) with Chris and Taylor I snuck back up solo to Mt. Wilson to take a crack at the the observatory road. Chris had the fastest time down there so I thought I give him a nice surprise and snipe it an hour after we'd just filmed the Hwy 2 ride together.
Since filming this (late 2022) it has been repaved with a silky smooth pitch black surface so maybe we'll head back together and set a new fastest time while holding hands.

I have the Addict RC and the latest Foil RC. I tend to gravitate towards the Addict RC as it simply feels more fun.
The Addict is more playful. The Foil is all about the business of going fast. I go between phases of riding each one. We're lucky to have the option.

Love your videos! What software do you use to overlay the stats from the ride?
I would also be interested in what software you use for your overlays, I was using the Virb Edit but it isn't working anymore and Garmin isn't supporting the software and won't fix it. I am currently trying Telemetry Overlay but I'm not really liking it.

@@alexanderasdf2742 Safa is wearing the mic pack which is why you hear him speaking. Alex was filming so probably bike but he does drive moto too
@@alexanderasdf2742 the line around the corner differ and the camera gets dropped and catches up. though it might be a motorcycle with a camera on a boom? Might be a good topic for another film
I’ve always figured another on a bicycle since some of the videos you see him at the end of descend when they stop
Does anyone know which software Safa uses to overlay cycling data on his videos? I have been using Garmin VIRB, but this software doesn't export 4K video. And I can't find the power output overlay in Telemetry software.
