Everyone is so mean, like these were two 12-year-olds who clearly just came from Hot Topic, probably loved the shirt themselves, and were having a good time, and Safiya was so positive about it, and then the comments just dragged it through the mud.

Safiya, I am 54 and came across your videos this last week on KRplus last week while recovering from knee replacement surgery.
You have made me laugh so much, and made a 54 year old woman from bonnie Scotland, a very happy patient.
I wish I had watch your videos regarding wish sooner, after I had ordered some goods from there, just after my surgery and on copious amounts of very strong pain killers. Needless to say, my wee shopping escapade had mixed results and when the parcels arrived even I was surprised by what the parcels contained.

I was a bit skeptic about the Eevee top at first, but with the ripped black pants it came out OK. I think it would have looked great paired with a black leather jacket.
I was thinking a Marron or dark wine knitted hoodie. So still dark, but some pink tones to match the skirt and her first lip colour- which I really loved
I thought the same thing. The Eevee shirt isn't her style, and it is most likely geared toward teens or younger, but it's not an ugly shirt in general.

The girls at the beginning were kids! Of course they're going to pick something like that! They're not going to pick something someone in their late teens, 20's or 30's would wear and I'm sure Safiya knew that when she asked them to help. Leave them alone, geeze! It was a fun video and they did what they were supposed to do- pick a shirt for Safiya to wear.

ShyShinobi97 it definitely isn't what I expected and was a bit disappointed myself, but it definitely set the tone for the outfit and was a mild challenge for those to come. I'm actually pretty relieved with how the outfit turned out. I was kind of afraid it would end up being boring because the people following up might go the underwhelming route and go way too casual (like the girl who thought about getting the shorts, but redeemed with the pants) and thus resulting in a very layabout thrown together outfit rather than something that was actually styled. So I'm glad it ended up setting the tone for an outfit that was interesting rather than dull.

The Eevee top is 100% something I would wear and the purple jacket and lippie would be things I would buy in the hopes that I would come up with an outfit to wear them with. I personally would've never put an outfit like that together myself, but it's kind of a really cool look. I might take aspects of that outfit into consideration the next time I'm shopping for a different and more exciting look. I do think, however, that it could have been tied more together with a silver cap 🙂🙂🙂🙂
This was so cute! Sadly we couldn’t really do it now with covid, but I loved how easily Saf and Tyler found people willing to just hang out and work together in a wholesome way like this. The outfit isn’t something I’d wear but I think it came out pretty cohesive. I miss interacting with people like this.
I almost feel like I should be paying for the content created on this channel. Safiya, you come up with some really creative ideas that are so interesting yet kind of relatable. I'm studying marketing and I feel like a lot of the stuff you dabble into (like trends, worst clothing items etc.) show a really interesting side from a marketing perspective. I usually come on KRplus to watch stupid stuff (like watching Shane Dawson eat a load of food or videos of jumping cats) but I actually feel like I'm not losing brain cells when I watch your videos. Thanks!
