- So I've been seeing these beauty hack videos all over Instagram, and they always seem so incredibly strange that I decided to test a bunch of them out and see how they were! We tried a few out from different instagram accounts and pages and ended up with exfoliated underarms, spicy undereyes, tweezed eyebrows, spooned eyes, and vacuumed hair!

It’s 2020 how does Instagram still not have a progress bar
It'd probably mean doing some serious redesign to their platform and not enough people complain.
They have a progress bar for IGTV which is for videos longer than a minute, I guess they just assume for short videos you don't need it. Still weird though.

the oatmeal mixture got runny because the honey reacted to your body temperature. bees keep their hives at a temperature of 95 degrees and the honey is almost as liquid as water. it starts to firm up and crystallize when no longer kept at that temperature, but it can re-liquify if it gets warmed up.

Why do these "hacks" have more effort than doing something the regular way? THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF HACKS!! 😫
I do agree, for the most part. The first two seem to be the kind of hack where you could use something you already have at home instead of going out and buying something specifically for that purpose, but that only helps if it actually works. The other three were definitely more work than doing it the normal way.
Especially the ponytail one! It's easier and neater to just do...?

ThatOneIntrovert one good one to test is using a headband to wrap your hair around and then lightly spritz it with water and sleep with it
Put your hair in a high ponytail then use a wand to curl it . I have hair all the way to my waist and it only takes me 10 min to curl my hair

Same. I have to vacuum my dogs' room and the area surrounding my sugar gliders' cage EVERY NIGHT. I suck up pupper hair, food, small critter poop, and goodness knows what else. I clean the removable part of my vacuum tub often, and I know what the water looks like after cleaning it. No fucking way I'd let it suck my hair up. I feel dirty when it accidentally sucks my clothing up.
