I'm so proud of this woman. Oh me oh my. That's what I aspire to be. It proves that you can do it if you are smart enough. She did not need to rely on being a porcelain doll or a sex symbol (there was never a danger of her ending like others who have committed suicide or married 8 times), She never went around falling in and out of love with her costars and making drama and writing spiteful books, she is a smart cookie. And she raised all her children to be delightful human beings and I love her husband for loving her.
I remember seeing Streep on The Actor's Studio and how absolutely wholesome and real she was....and I don' think she's a faker in any respect upholding a reputation. What's not to love especially that she herself has admitted to complete imperfection. But to us all, of course she is perfect.

@@merylstreep3073 ...have been working since before Mother's Day last year as a bartender...always masked up...at work and in public..and wash my hands continuously...for my safety and the safety of my customers..who are not required to wear masks once seated...we all must do our part...not only for ourselves but for everyone around us...thankfully I've been vaccinated and the vaccine is readily available in my area and most likely yours...be safe, wash your hands, don't touch your face, wear your mask, get vaccinated...love to all of us going through this historic time.
