This video shows you inside North Korea and their one-star airline; Air Koryo. (only one star airline in the world by Skytrax rating) You get an idea what's it like to fly on Air Koryo.

This gives me a sense of traveling into the stories that my parents would tell. North Korean life today is exactly the same as China during the Cultural Revolution where my parents grew up. The similarities are incredible. They definitely have more technology and style nowadays but the overall system and structure is the same. Even the song in the background sounds like the songs that my parents grew up listening to and singing...and I can sing them too because I've heard them so much and we sing them on karaoke all the time.
I had the same thought. No two planes are alike. It's like a menagerie of obsolete equipment. Though, I'm sure if you were to hear DPRK tell it, they'd say they're blessed to have the most advanced and accommodating airline in the world.
To set the record straight, the Tu-204 is the only aircraft Air Koryo operates that is allowed into EU airspace as of 2021. Some of its flights are active occasionally to Kuala Lumpur. and Kuwait City. Scheduled services are only operated from Pyongyang to Beijing, Chongjin, Macau, Samjiyon, Shenyang, and Vladivostok; additional destinations not listed on their website but showing up elsewhere as charters or seasonal charter services are also included. Also it's because Air Koryo has less people on each flight on average and the plane is an average plane size, so they didn't really need extra seats like other planes, giving the passengers more leg room.

Of course jaja
The big Planet as a Ryanair pilot I take great offence to this. All of the pilots in our team and very highly and trained and all of our planes are the same as any other 737-800. Maybe you should think about things before you make accusations?!🤨
I respect you because you are a pilot and I want to be one myself but it is just a joke. Your airline is notorious for hard landings and some people like to joke about it
@@charlieclements1764 Never had a bad landing with Ryanair..even on the windiest places in Europe (Canary Islands f.e.) i had the softest landings..u guys do a great job! 👍
@@charlieclements1764 Just ignore them idiots. They haven't a clue what they're on about.

Lol!!!
That park is for foreign visitors only. And the wedding is performed by actors😂. They get married almost every day and then take photos with foreigners
"So how many times you been married?"
"Oh man, don't ask... Three times!"
"Interesting. I'm on seventeen this week so far..."
stop watching western propaganda videos
@@flosyd7891 You must join in a group when travelling in North Korea and try not to make too many conversations with the local people walking on the street. So you think they will allow you to visit local parks which local people normally visit?
@@sheldonwu1285 how do you know?
@@flosyd7891 Because I am Chinese. I lived in northeast China
I wonder why it's a one star airline? Are they expecting a swimming pool there for it to be a 5 star!? 😆
Very nice music with lara lara , bang bang.
Smooth landings. I live in canada, a couple months ago the aircraft i was in bounced off the runway like a ball 😂
That's no good. Everybody ok? Scareskin just lost one to a snowbank in Dryden ON a few weeks ago.
3:50 random woman fell on the ground
