on a baguette/sub roll add two types of cheese (I used cheddar & provolone) & toast in oven. (see other comment for more)
Then add shredded turkey, pepperoni, salami & shredded lettuce tossed in 1:1 ratio of mayo & mustard. Top with pickles & thinly sliced onion!

Provolone cheese is possible to find, but itβs a specialty Italian item, not your standard cheese. Most Aussies buy βtasty cheeseβ which is a pale cheddar type cheese. Mozzarella and Parmesan are very common too. Outside of that, itβs specialty items.

Slaw has more depth than mustard and mayo, it has other textures including lettuce carrots and etc, including other spices such as pepper, salt, vinegar, mustard and it makes such a good cut to a oily or savory dish and the mayo mustard lettuce doesnβt achieve that
