I donโ€™t know why everyone is taking it so negatively. Her fiancรฉ and his mom seem really supportive. It is great to have a good relationship with your mother in law. They both seemed supportive of her and it was a nice gesture that she is paying for her dress too. She spoke up and they listened so what is with all the negativity?
Some are saying to take your mom but sadly as we saw on the episode with Samantha how bad that was. At times, mother in laws can treat you better than your own mother. Plus, there is nothing wrong with your fiancรฉ seeing you in your dress before the wedding. It is just a dress and sadly too many are placing too much importance on a one time dress.

Fiancรฉe at wedding dress appointment is not just โ€œuntraditionalโ€. Itโ€™s supposed to be a wonderful surprise on their wedding day for the groom to see his bride come down the aisle. Itโ€™s supposed to be the moment that is worth waiting for for them.
Otherwise, itโ€™s like โ€œyou read my list and I got everything I wanted with no surprisesโ€ instead of โ€œwow, thatโ€™s beautifulโ€ (on the day of the wedding)

@@BasicYTHandle I think it is awesome when a bride brings the MIL. The problem is tag teaming her, then going to find Her the dress THEY want. Not once stopping and thinking she is the bride. It is Her dress, until she calls them out. It shows a dynamic. Paying for the dress should not mean you choose her dress, it means you pay for her choice. They did not want her dresses, so they overrode it, and went to find their own. Tells a lot. For one, it is their opinion matters over hers, and clearly shows they will just stomp any boundaries, until called out.
