As someone who plays the guitar, there are a lot of songs that have the same chords and it's quite easy to play chords by ear and know if it fits the song's melody. And 'm not that great with the guitar at all. It's all about musicality and wittiness.

serendipity what they meant was her aegyo voice comes out when she’s shy this is usually apparent in korean interviews or other Korean tv programs but here her tone is more natural and deeper which I assume is her regular voice and that shows she’s comfortable and content, this is also apparent in American interviews.
