I don't get why people are commenting and saying that the judges are rude for laughing - you realise they're laughing because they can't get over how adorable she is? In terms of how cute and young she is, but also that real chic, nonchalant nature of hers which, when contrasted with how young she is, can be really endearing. They're not laughing at her out of malice or ill-will - they're just laughing because they find her so endearing. Maybe you should work on YOUR social skills, manners and customs before mistakenly accusing people.
