Broke my heart to hear her crying herself hoarse every day for the first week at the zoo by herself. Animals are emotional and intelligent beings with strong bonds. She was raised by her human dad so she has already bonded closely with him. It will be difficult for her to be re-introduced to her polar bear companions because she has been raised by a human being. Praying for updates on Peace's well-being, happiness, and good health.

피스 근황 궁금하신분들께.
검색해보니까 올해로 피스가 20살이되서 저저번달에 성인식 이벤트도열고 여전히 에히메현 토베동물원의 인기쟁이로 유명하다고하네용~
20년째 아직까지 타카이치 저 분께서 담당 사육을 하고계시고요, 엄청 커져버린 몸집때문에 인간이 직접 만지는게 엄격히 금지가 되가지고 사육사분도 이제 안만지시고, 약을주거나 교감할때 나무막대같은거로 발을 두드리거나 그러더라고요. 모니터 통해서 피스 보시는데 아직도 많이 애정하시는게 눈에 보였네요.
물놀이도 좋아하고, 행복해보여서 다행이었습니다 앞으로도 피스가 건강하게 오래살았으면 좋겠어요ㅎㅎ

Got to be a rewarding job but heartbreaking as well..man, the body language and look on his face during their last good bye...I am hurt from 5 minutes of video bonding and I couldn't imagine how bad for him after hand raising

It seems the more heartbreak one feels near or at the end of something, the more rewarding, that something was.
My loving wife passed a short while ago, I realized within my grief and heartbreak, that I was experiencing so much pain, because I loved her so much for so long.
The more love, the more pain.
It means that nothing about our relationship, was a waste of the the time we were together.
Loves reward and that makes me feel good.

Pretty sure that’s just one section of the polar bear exhibit cause we never even saw where the mom lives? They said she is going to reunite with mom, so probably being moved to the bigger area? She is only a baby still in this video👶🏻🐻
