Get To Work SIMKEA Home Furnishings Retail with Studio Apartment No CC | The Sims 4
This is a retail furniture shop with a studio apartment (1 bed + 1 bath) It also features a breakroom/ crafting room where furniture can be made to sell.

Store Tips: You can mark most things on sale in the 4 front display rooms, all the couches & chairs, but things with an object snapped to it won't sell, for example the coffee table with chessboard, you can set the chessboard for sale & the coffee table only after chess board has been sold.
All double beds, all paintings, all mirrors, all clocks (except the apple clock) all lamps, All side tables can be set for sale. The chairs on platforms are display only as are the pillows & accessories on the front shelves. The bookshelves by the cashier can be marked for sale & all the chests (under lamps) and the treasure chest. Most vases can be set for sale, avoid the middle shelf vases. Most plants can be set for sale.
Objects on second floor (shelf with single beds & baskets) are decorational only.
Lock doors accordingly.
Placement Tips:
Not having all the packs will result in missing or substituted objects - please check the packs.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. Always bulldoze the lot first before placing. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects.

No, some are decor only and shouldn't be marked for sale, obviously objects on the 2nd floor "shelf" can't be reached - All the details and tips are in the video description.
