I loved that she suggests that this is how much she would eat, rather than hog the entire plate, she left some for others to taste. A very considerate person and not wasteful at all, being very realistic. Eating more doesn't mean being healthy, the same goes for eating less doesn't mean being unhealthy --- all in moderation.
