I watched the movie but i don't really understand .. Can you explain relation the movie to this svt vid??
@@farahalya6408 maybe its just that this teaser made a reference from the movie which can be seen at 0:29 . You can see that someone was ripping out some pages from a book. That page was shown to us in the movie so if you have seen the movie you'd probably know what im talking about (sorry for my bad english)

0:06 The teaser showed "Understanding Poetry" which is seen and mentioned a lot of times in the movie. It was the page that Mr. Keating made the students rip out. In this teaser, a member also ripped it out at 0:30.
0:09 The members are walking in line is a reference to the scene where Mr. Keating made the students walk in the courtyard.
0:22 Seungcheol covers Jihoon's eyes and makes him describe what he sees, just like what Mr. Keating did to Todd.
After the "now describe what you see" scene, you can see a change in the members. At the start of the teaser, they were in order, sort of following a rule or a pattern, basically conforming to the standards. But right after Seungcheol makes Jihoon become aware of his thoughts and himself, it all changes. The members starts moving/dancing on their own, have an identity of their own (notice how at first they all had the same outfit, but after, Hoshi's outfit/appearance became different), which is one of the messages of the movie. 0:54 - 0:55 shows this change. Also, Hoshi is seen wearing a crown (0:37) similar to the one Neil wore during his play right after he decided to follow his passion.
In my own understanding of the movie and the teaser, they ripped the page of "Understanding Poetry" as it talks about the "rules" of poetry, the things you need to consider before writing one. But in the movie, it basically tells us that poetry is all about thinking free and being free. As SEVENTEEN rips the page, they became more free in expressing themselves. They started floating, dancing, partying, being themselves.
1:25 The ending where all members stands on an elevated platform is a reference to the Dead Poets Society standing on their desks at the end of the movie.
They also incorporated some objects like the clarinet, flashlight, lamp which can be seen in the movie as well.

@@hidinginmyroom okey i'll try to explain you but my English is not good enough, sorry.
First, you can see for a little moment the first page of the book 'Understanding Poetey' by Dr. J. Evans Preatchard which is used during the second Keating lesson in the film. And you can watch how they cut the page as the guys did in the film when they remove the introduction of the book.
Second, Hoshi is wearing a crown like Neil in the play.
Third, you can see how Seventeen members are firstly walking in line but after they walk in different directions like in the last Keating's lesson (in the film).
Finally, you can see all of them in a reunion with flashlights like Dead Poets Society when they went to the cave.
I think all of these are references. All of them are in the film, I dont know if they appear in the book beacuse I have not read it.
All of these thing have a meaning but it's difficut to me explain them in English sorry. And sorry if I have gramatical mistakes or something 🙏🏻🙏🏻

En primer lugar aparece el libro de 'Understanding Poetry' que era al que le arrancaban toda la introducción.
Luego aparece una escena de los miembros como en fila pero cambia a los miembros andando en todas las direcciones justo como pasó en la última lección de Keating que les pide que se muevan de la forma que quieran y anden alrededor.
Hoshi lleva puesta una corona igual que Neil en la obra y cuando se suicida.
Y la última que he visto ha sido la de todos los miembros reunidos con las linternas como cuando El club de los poetas muertos se reunia en la cueva.
Estas son las referencias que he visto y creo que la canción va a tratar sobre luchar contra los estándares que impone la sociedad o/y sobre el arte ya que son los temas recurrentes en la película. También podria tratar sobre carpe diem pero vaya, lo que es seguro es que va a ser un temazo.

This is a reference to Dead Poets Society!
There is a teacher who comes to a Formal, Private School and breaks the mold of teaching. He asks his student to rip out pages from the book because you cannot learn poetry through the brain but only with your heart. He then asks a student to come to the front of the class, close his eyes, and then "describes what he sees." He then creates a beautiful picture with extremely descriptive words of what he sees. (If you look up dead poets society on KRplus I'm sure you'll be able to find it) it's an emotionally intense scene and had groundbreaking cinematography.

Other parallels to the movie include them walking through the collums in odd patterns (something the teacher makes the boys do), the yarn "cave" with the saxophone, the poems on Vernon's one part, Hoshi dressed as one of the main characters Neil and woth the gun that is important to his story, and them standing on the pillars for the "Oh captain my captain" scene.
