@@46Nekomaru you it's all about consistency , if they know how their body works and what exercises they need to do to keep it that way everything will be fine ,also food is a source of energy they have to eat to keep those muscles ,they also have to eat so they can dance all day long which consumes a lot of energy ,i believe that most of them eat pretty well and train the way their body tells them to .Of course sometimes they're gonna be tired because of their schedules but as long as they give nutrition to their body's and rest well they're physically healthy. I hope they're mentally healthy as well.
