But HYBE as a company primarily focuses on BTS and TXT, while Pledis focuses on SVT and now TWS, ADOR for NewJeans and etc.
Actually, every company has an issue with "artists mistreatment" it is because I think fans are not satisfied (and probably will never satisfied) with the companies treatment to the artists even if they are really treating them bad or good. Whenever there are rumors like staff being rude or managers didn't handle them right I don't totally blame it to the company, always remember that a company has a lot of people, its not the CEO who will do everything for the groups like schedules, make ups or everything. When the rumors broke out maybe that is the time where the CEO might know that his/her artists was being mistreated by the company's employee.
