Came back here after the latest Kingdom episode because I remembered Jaeyoon already covered this song. I still like this version because of the calming feel everytime I listen to his rendition and to his honey voice.

for a song whose original performer is someone with such an established and distinct presence as IU, it is simply impressive how jaeyoon manages to transform this song into his own story. it's easier to be good at singing technique-wise without any of the near perfect acting you need to have to be a good singer, and jaeyoon is ... both, in a seemingly effortless way. the emotion he put into this was not performative at all, it seemed genuine and stemmed from the heart. I can imagine why he chose this song of all songs, there's a connection there, and that connection shone through so clearly in this cover and in his flawless delivery. i'm proud to support this man, and i'm happy he keeps sharing content such as this with us. we are lucky to be able to peek into his mind like this, and through something so beautiful. 역시 우리 꿀목소리 있는 재윤이 인정해야돼요

Idk why but listen to this i just think that its so hard to go through all pains in life. I mean like all idols really have hard time to working on something and to make their fans happy as always.
