The reason no one is here to do the same is because he doesn’t deserve to have his name cleared. He is known to be a manipulative person. And he had a lot of evidence against him of doing terrible things. Like inappropriate things with animals, being creepy towards kids, oh and the very racist content he used to upload. I believe people could change but Shane hasn’t proven himself to have changed at all. And the fact that you’re defending his name proves the fact that he manipulates people into believing he’s a good person.

An hour and 45 minutes to say Greg Paul fucked his kids up - brilliant. Honestly I feel like this is a fantastic series and it was painfully obvious what the message was. The kid is lost, and its not really his fault.

Rewatching this series in 2023, Shane did a GREAT job humanizing Jake Paul. I’m not the biggest fan of him, but rewatching this series you can tell that even with money and fame, that doesn’t make invincible. It is kinda heartbreaking when he is trying to talk about the thing with his brother and Alyssa, like you can see the wheels turning in his head trying to just articulate his feelings about it.

Holy shit. I decided to binge this series last night since it's the only one I haven't watched. I didn't before because I had no idea who Jake Paul/Logan Paul was aside from "immature KRplusr's that kids watch." In my head, that's all he was. I'm so glad I decided to watch this though. Everything about this was amazing; the production, the editing, the crafting of this entire documentary.
I know Shane is dealing with a lot of controversial shit right now, but I miss these videos so much and hope he's holding up okay. I wish someone with a platform would care about him and his background as much as he's cared about everyone else's and gave them a chance. Shane deserves that as well, hate me for saying that or not - I don't care.
You can say what you want about Shane, but we've all seen the change in him these last years and it truly sucks that it's being taken away from him in this cancel culture of a world. I don't agree with a lot of his past stuff, but I think most people deserve a chance to show true change; and I feel that he was already showing that just by himself and the want to be a better person.
Just as the seasons change so do people, whether it’s for better or for worse. People need to focus on their own changes and not someone on the internet. We’ll never truly know these people so we should stop acting like we do.

OMG when he was talking about the cheating, i swear i was just shaking my head all over the place, my heart ached, i felt anger, disbeleif, and i dont even know this guy. to think anyone could do that shit to you is unspeakable.
But according to Alissa, he treated her terribly and was using her.
This whole series just really nailed home the fact that I wish celebrities could be more open about their mental health and not be ashamed or afraid of facing repercussions for being honest with themselves and with others, and not feel bad or hesitant about reaching out to a professional therapist and asking for help! If there's one thing I've learned in life it's that literally every single person could benefit from a little therapy, as long as they give it a shot and are open to the process! Everyone has their own problems and nobody is free from traumatic experiences in life, because trauma comes in all shapes and sizes and severity (it doesn't always have to be on the extreme side of spectrum)! I believe that good people can benefit from therapy just as much as people who are struggling!!
This whole series made me reevaluate my opinions of Jake Paul. I still think he's done a lot of horrible stuff that I don't agree with on any level, and I still find myself wishing he could be more accountable to his mistakes and shortcomings, but still..... nobody's perfect 🤷🏻♂️! I found myself just really hoping that Jake Paul can reach a point in his life where he can value himself even more and allow himself the opportunity to work through, analyze and process the traumas and hardships he's experienced throughout his life! I 100% think that he's not a sociopath , and I 100% think he deserves to let himself heal and grow as a person! I think if Jake allows himself to process all of this with a therapist.... he'd start feeling more confident and better as a person! I hope Jake can reach a point in his life where he's finally willing and able to place and hold boundaries for himself and with others (especially within his own family 🤞🏻), as well as focus on nurturing the relationships that he cherishes the most!
Again.... I want to say that I probably won't ever be a fan of Jake Paul 😕, but I do feel like Shane's docu-series has allowed me to understand Jake more as a person, to the point that I no longer believe he is a sociopath or anything like that. Has he done bad and unforgivable stuff? Sure 😂!! Has he done stuff that he wishes he hadn't and could take back or have handled differently? Definitely!! Humans are in no ways perfect, and we all make mistakes and do things we're not proud of 🤷🏻♂️..... but I think what's most important is that people own up to their own mistakes and shortcomings, and that they make a conscious effort in life to learn from their mistakes and try to do better the next time around 😁👍🏻!!!

Agree and disagree. You can break that circle but it will take therapy and time and I think hes figuring that one out. We don't know a whole lot about his childhood, just the snippets and its easy to say, what terrible parents, because we weren't there. But I will say, I don't pity him because he made a lot of bad choices and we as adults know, we pay for those choices. However, I will say, everyone is a human being and I do feel he deserved the right to have someone show something more then was seen in just youtube and twitter to snapchat. Just like Violet, and Banks deserved it. Everyone has a side, it was good we got to hear it from someone that had and held compassion but wasn't to soft as maybe some thought he might be :)

So much respect for you doing this, Shane. I wan't even involved into Jake Paul and this dark KRplus world until I watched your series -- and at first I really had the same impressions as all the other haters but then you turned tables real quick for me but not in a manipulative way: You gave this platform real empathy -- which the majority of the KRplus community really lacks off. So, I personally am really emotionally touched by Jake's story and I completely understood and learned so much about the human's psychology and why certain people got to that point of irrational acting due to their feelings. I’ve met Jake and I can safely say he has a genuine heart and he cares about people. He has been psychologically traumatised and brutalised by his father and brother. Logan on the other hand, does not have any real emotions other than for himself.

Parents aren’t supposed to be friends with their kids. We are supposed to teach our kids. Morals, right from wrong, how you treat people, and respect. Not that everything is a competition, you don’t have to step on people to get places in life, it’s okay to have feelings and acknowledge them, and express them.

Even rewatching the entire series now I still feel bad for jake, no human should have to be screwed over again and again like that. Jake put his trust into his friends and in his mind when they left team 10, they betrayed him. Instead of kicking them out right away tho he should have let them explain and then tried to fix it. For example, nick left because he was being treated like crap by Greg. Jake should have tried to fix the situation, but instead his mind automatically went to, “ he must have never even been my friend”. And I think that’s sad, because his mind shouldn’t have to automatically go to that. It’s even sadder that he went more downhill, his channel basically turned r rated and I can tell he’s broken, I still don’t think he ever confronted his real emotions.
