She ended up getting really sick. I was like 16 it was a rough time. I ended up reading your books to her on the days she didn’t feel well. She loved them. It really helped our bond. It’s been two years since she passed. I was 19. She was the only parent I ever knew. It destroyed me. Now I turn to your books. Your books helped me get closer to her then & they still help me feel close to her now. I always read them, even out loud just like I did back then. If you ever do another book ill be excited to read something new to her. But if not I’ll keep reading your others to her.

Shane, just to reassure you, I’ve been living 24 years with 9 toes and the only bad thing about it is buying two shoe sizes and not being able to balance on one foot 🤷🏻‍♀️ but if your baby has an extra toe lmk so I can have it! 😂

I know you and Ryland are so EXCITED about your twins and my heart if full of love and joy for you guys! 💜 I love seeing all the baby stuff and I know it’s so hard to not go overboard! But please don’t go crazy buying 0-3 months or even 3-6 months baby clothes bc they literally only wear those sizes for a month or two….I have 2 boys and they were pretty big babies (my first son was 8 pounds exactly and my second son was 9.5 pounds) and I went so crazy buying all the cute clothes and they didn’t wear half of them…also you really don’t need to buy them shoes until they start walking and you want to start off with the soft bottom ones….you can buy them obviously younger but there just for show and can get annoying bc they fall off and you’ll lose one etc….also I would get them used to wearing hats at a young age…like right when there born…otherwise when there older it’s almost impossible to get them to keep hats on them bc they will just rip them off and throw a baby fit….next thing is get them used to water/baths asap otherwise it’s hell trying to give them a bath without it sounding like your hurting your baby) which you’re not….just some baby tips
