I feel like Taemin is actually an underrated vocalist. People always only focus on his dancing (can’t blame them), but he also has some *outstanding* vocal skills!! He just makes you feel things. And he achieved all that through hard work and patience. I am so so proud of him and hope we can get some more 2Kids stages, cause the song really complements his voice!

I focus on both things. He has an amazing voice and vocal range too. He can even sing Jjong's parts on SHINee's songs and that's beyond awesome. He has improved so much, from being called 'deaf tone' to a vocal king now. I forgot to mention that he also has an amazing control of singing while he's dancing. I love him so much :(

he is very good - but if you compare him to his buddies in superm or shinie he is the weaker link - tho I prefer his solos, BCS he has standing looks and a great sense of performing arts, his voice actually sounds a bit like Kim Seok Jin (bts) but Jin's vocal are even stronger

Why wtf? I am relatively new to kpop. 2 years but were the deaf or smth? He voice is one of the smoothest I have heard. Like even without knowing the lyrics he makes you feel the entire song. Also shinee has the strongest vocalists in kpop and I am not even a shawol.

@@nazehajamal5381 Back when he debuted at the age of 15, Taemin was still going through puberty and his voice didn't sound good enough which is why they gave all his parts to another member in their debut song ''Replay''. He was called ''tone deaf'' for that. Ofc knowing Taemin he didn't take it lightly and worked really hard day in and day out to prove to people he was worthy of having lines. :)

suddenly remembered when his debut era with shinee, he said that he can't sing well. the part that supposed to be his part went to other members. he's struggling so hard, sacrificed many hours of sleep to practice in the training room, got nosebleeds and once collapsed in the middle of singing.
