This video is solely made to showcase what Onew, Key and Minho have been up to while in the military. As for Taemin, it will be a timeline of everything that he has done since 2019 up to now. I hope you guys enjoy it. (All fancams of SHINee in the military goes to their respectful owners, I do not own them. All right listen, before ANY shawols would even wanna THINK about reporting this video thinking it's an OT4 video, IT'S NOT. It CLEARLY says Military Guide there FEATURING TAEMIN. It was for fans/non-fans to catch up with SHINee's military activies/Taemin's activies since 2019 hence, which is why I didn't add Jonghyun. I also wanted to keep it within a certain time frame. That DOESN'T MEAN I'm an OT4. However I understand the thumbnail part and I have changed it. If I were to do a normal SHINee introduction guide or smth, OF COURSE I would have added him?? If you have ANY problems with my videos, I would appreciate it if you take it upon yourself to comment down below or DM me on twt/IG instead of discussing together behind my back and start mass reporting my videos or smth. @@sydnee525 This video is literally explaining what SHINee has been doing in 2019. Of course OT5 forever, but unbelievably, our Jonghyun hasn't done any activities in 2019 that she needs to review. As she said, all her other videos include him so it's not like she Wanted him to be left out but the video's purpose is to inform people of where SHINee has been in the past year.

In this one, they are not having any schedules as a group and it is an informative video about their Solo activities in the past year. In the military individually or performing individually.

@@SkyeMueller They show up in weird places, the military releases some on their channels, but individual soldiers also sometimes post up stuff on insta, if they're allowed to have phones at some events.

There's a lot of countries who's militaries have bands and musical performances. It's... Odd.
Yes. Stuff like musicals and sports keep up moral and add to or use existing skill sets for when they return to civilian life. This is why they also have performances by professional artists but it’s nice to get up and do it yourself
I mean, they have many sections in the military I suppose, there is a few that are "participation(?" oriented, like doing shows and stuff, it's not that weird when the country has a obligatory military service system and people who might not be the most fit for doing strenuous physical activity like those who have been injured, also might have to serve
Maybe to give some sort of incentive for working hard in the military? So they can be happy and by doing so, they work harder.
Other governments outsource their entertainment, getting bands from overseas to live in the base with them to perform regularly. I am guessing Korea, having such a thriving industry, just maximizes their pool of talent. It is practical and also ensures these artists stay trained since they’re part of a resource that brings money in.
Damn, Taemin really did a lot last year and you didn't added the SMTOWN in Japan and his performance in Bangkok + more SuperM concerts at the beginning of this year. He really do the most, that's why he deserved a rest and deserves a lot of support for this upcoming comeback!

Huh, I totally slept on Kibum doing I Wanna Be and Good Good in the military, so thanks for the refresher :D. I think they picked An Encore as the SHINee song to sing because Changsub is such a fan of the song. I loved that Kibum got the chance to sing Missing You which is my favourite BtoB song.
Oh and Kibum was in Chile as well, don't forget he went into the military in March, I think.

I discovered Shinee a MONTH ago, can you imagine?
In fact, it was Taemin's practice video for MOVE that (got me pregananant) led me to the boys.
I had no idea about the history of Shinee, so I started ftom the begining, from Replay, and then got super traumatized by you-know-what, was shocked to find 2019 comeback at all - "How could they possibly gather the strengh to come back after such tragedy??" - I thought, but they did and then just dissapeared.
And so i found your video and now I have hope!
Those boys went through so much, I just hope they enjoy whatever it is they are going to do next.
And the more I learn about Taemin, the more fascinated I get!
