    Lubin is a problem at 154. He looks faster, stronger and more mature than before the Charlo loss. I’m not saying he beats Jermell in the rematch. But I think he definitely beats all the other top guys at the weight class. And that’s saying a lot because this division is the deepest in boxing outside of 135 IMO.

    • @ramadanslim9470
      @ramadanslim9470 3 년 전 +2

      Yeah it is, real deep. I like Lubin, but im not sure how he fairs against Lara, Harrison, J.Willaims, Hurd, Charlo, or Rosario. I think this fight is gonna say alot about how ready he is for the top guys.

    • @TexRock
      @TexRock 3 년 전 +4

      Who Him That’s a great point. But the way he disposed of a game Isha Smith(although he’s old) and completely schooled Gallimore, I think he’s ready. But you’re right. We get a chance to see him once more before he gets one of the top dogs. He needs to show up and show out. And I believe he will.

    • @CarlaJenkinsTV
      @CarlaJenkinsTV 3 년 전 +2

      Honestly, I don't think that Lubin will become champ until Jermell Charlo leaves 154. He does not have the skills to beat him even all of these years later. Jermell has improved too.

    • @TexRock
      @TexRock 3 년 전 +2

      Carla Jenkins You may be right about him not becoming champ until Jermell leaves. I agree with you. But Lubin definitely has the skills. Jermell is faster and more athletic though. Not to mention, he’ll have a huge psychological edge in the rematch.

      @@TexRock Hi, i do not think he could beat all the others top 154lb as you said... people are sleeping on Castaño because he is very short and look obviously more beatable than the other ones but...Victor Galindez an other argentinian was also small for his weight class and became one of the all time greats at his weight ; what i am saying is Castaño is not just a come foward, just like Galindez he can box AND brawl when needed to but as every other 154lb are bigger and taller than him, he has no choice but to force his pression on you all night long. Just like galindez, castaño has short segments, looks compact and does not punch that hard, but he has some pop and can take a punch as he showed it against an other Guy everybody is sleeping on : Michel Soro...
      This frenchman is really good and tough as nails, he could in my opinion walk through Lubin who is way too Green at the moment, it would look similar to his fight with Douglas years ago...
      We will see how it goes against Gausha ;)

    Everyone knows that this guy took the Charlo fight way too early in his career. He felt ready but didn't have that experience. But he learned from it. Had he waited down the line and took the charlo fight it would've been much bigger and who knows maybe a great fight. But don't blame Erickson blame his management and team. He's just a fighter so of course he wants to fight and thought he could win.

  • @innermasterypyramidscycles5329

    Tony Harris was the next one to be the top dog which I still think he is but the only thing with Tony is he don't have a chin if he did that he would easily win all 12 rounds but before Tony Lubin I thought was that deal and still think he is. I'm sure he'd learned from that first loss. And I do believe he'll easily take over the division this time
