I was also boofing ket in the bathroom and drowning my sorrows in alcohol daily for the last 5 years 😹 145 days sober today and I just want to say it started out as a 75 hard inspired by Tana and I made the decision to keep it going because I have worked so hard to become this version of myself and I wouldn’t trade it for a thing. I swear it’s hard to keep up with all my faves podcast, Trisha, Jeff fm, trevi, Tana and Brooke, and so many more AHHH but Tana is across all of them and I LOVE IT GAH I LOVE HER AND ALL HER FRIENDS

Love how tana gave herself cred for making the best out of the hand she was dealt. She really did and it is admirable and inspiring.

So my daughter is an addict. She is 42 and we just celebrated her 1 yrs cake at her cocaine anonymous meeting and her narcotics anonymous meeting on March 5th 2024. Addiction is an allergy of the body and obsession of the mind. The fellowships she is so involved in are spiritual in nature. Having faith in something bigger than urself. It's either a higher power or the energy of the rooms or mother nature. We are so proud of her and so proud of anyone who wants to have a better life. She has a sponsor, she has sponsees, she does service at all her home groups, she has done the 12 steps and she is so dedicated. We as her parents have seen such a huge difference. We have our daughter back. Our grand daughter has her mother back and our son has his sister back. ❤

my two favorite people to see together are Tana and Trevi. I love the authenticity in their friendship!!! It is so refreshing seeing a friendship emulate so much transparency in the social media space. Love you both !! Co host is lovely too.

I’ve followed Trevi forever since literally the O2L days but this was the first time I have watched this podcast. I just wanna say I am so blown away at her intelligence and how well spoken she is. Hearing her talk about her view on the world and sobriety was really inspiring and eye opening for me. I am so happy to see her thriving and I Can’t wait to watch more episodes!

I havet been through alcoholism or addiction but my dad has battled alcoholism on and off for so damn long. My sister and I recently went to his 1 year soberversery at his AA program last month. Im so proud of anyone who battles any addiction for just living everyday. I’m going to send him this podcast. Btw YUUSSSSSSS ITS TANAAAA!!!

just wanna commend trevi for being such a great interviewer!!! i loveee the questions you asked tana!!

I appreciate you guys opening up about how abusing substances (at any age but especially a young age where life and your brain chemistry is so much more transformative) affected you guys. I’m still on my journey but I relate so much when Trevi and Tana spoke about how it feels like the world is just going around you and you’re stuck in your own little bubble. It’s like you’re drowning and fighting through the misery every day and watching everyone and everything around you keep moving and it feels so hopeless. I feel that way a lot right now, I’m going through one of the absolute hardest times of my life, like I’m actually fighting to not become homeless as a single mom here soon and watching the world just keep going around me is exhausting.

This is my first time watching her podcast and I loved this video! It was so peaceful and structured
