@@quetas83 To be fair, people said the same thing about Aphelios when his Calibrum abilities allowed him to auto at "infinite" range. Sure, you needed to be in range initially, but the follow up potential was obnoxious.
I can see them keeping this because it can't actually kill you directly. If she can't get back into range after stunning you, it gets very little value.

I agreed at first, but the way that they're implemented could make for some cool skill expression. she can like, follow her e across river/snipe with it, her w is like a mini kaisa e + damage, etc. ult is meh but i think it works with her kit, and will probably be the main way to guarantee q, since she doesnt have any other hard cc

This is a fundamentally flawed world view. Jhin is considered one of the best character designs, but all of his abilities had existed before in one form or another:
His Passive, Whisper, is just Grave's ammo mechanic but more complicated.
His Q, Dancing Grenade, was just a four limited Katarina Q that traded a mark for more damage upon unit killed.
His W, Deadly Flourish, was just a longer range Jinx W that passed through non-champion units, and traded the slow for a root if marked.
His E, Captive Audience, is just a hidden trap, a Teemo shroom with a shorter radius and delayed damage.
His R, Curtain Call, is basically a long range Ezreal Q that also passes through non-champion units, with the trade off of being rooted and limited by angle.
Lillia's kit is derivative yes, and we can argue over whether it's more or less derivative than Jhin's kit, but that seems like a waste of time. Anyway, her abilities are as follows:
Her Passive, Dream-Laden Bough, is just a non-stacking Darius passive mark.
Her Q, Blooming Blows, is just a Darius Q without the healing.
Her W, Watch Out! Eep!, is like a Riven/Aatrox third Q.
Her E, Swirlseed, there isn't really anything like this except for _maybe_ a detached Nunu snowball?
Her R, Lilting Lullaby, is an instant Karthus ultimate that only targets marked champions that applies a Zoe sleep instead of damaging.
Honestly I'm kind of curious to see how this champion plays. She's apparently very squishy and her autoattack and spell range is very short. The last time this happened, where Riot wanted a short range burst mage, was with Neeko and they gave her a shield on her ultimate exactly because she had to yeet herself into the enemy team to use it. I'm not seeing anything about shields or spell vamp in her abilities, so either her abilities will do stupid damage, or she's supposed to be an assassin without any kind of mobility. Will be interesting to see what they come up with.

I think it might be global, but I mean every champ has it's own skill caps and ways to change a game's outcome/induce a change in the enemy's awareness. I mean if you can read bot and throw that shi on them without them being able to dodge (which i question btw), I think you'd deserve a cc on that one.

based on the fact that the passive doesn't state specifically champions for the damage, its probably safe to assume that it'd work on jg camps. Plus Riot said they'd give jungle a new champion for the first time since (2017?) so it'd be a shame if Riot lied about that, but I wouldn't be surprised.
