There's nothing going against a constitutional right. I'm someone who hasn't been vaccinated. I most likely won't get it unless I'm forced too. However, I'm not dumb enough to think that I'm not given a choice, even when it's "forced". You are given the right to choice by the constitution in multiple ways. Choice to carry a gun. Choice to speak freely. Choice to vote. Choice to many things. However, you're also aware that there are restrictions on those same choices. You can't carry a weapon, even if you have a concealed carry permit, when visiting the white house, or even a court house. It's a right given with limitations. You can choose to carry your weapon there if you'd like, but there will be consequences. It's not different with this vaccine. Many people are given the choice to take it or not take it, and if they don't, then they will knowingly choose the consequences that come with it, such as no longer having a job.

@@sonnydthomas a lot of times, you don't have a choice if you're part of the minority. Voting is one of them. They say you vote matters, but does it really when the majority thinks otherwise?

That's a dictatorship where you're the dictator. I sure as heck didn't vote for the leadership we have now. Yes technically I'd be in the minority. Does that change the fact that I still have choice? No. If you don't make the choice to exercise the freedom you're given, you'll always be in the minority. Even if you are part of the minority when voting, you have a clear choice. You can vote for one of the three candidates given every year. There's always a choice.

The benefits outweigh the risk. I have had bad reactions to the influenza shot and pnemonoccal pneumonia shot but that doesn't mean EVERYBODY should not take them. because of what happened to me.

@@gram234 I'm not going to argue with you, because I really don't care that much. If you want it take it. If not don't. I don't care. However, a lot of people I have talked to that don't want the vaccine are not antivax. They are against every medication. They aren't against anything. They are choosing to be cautious because of the uncertainty of long term effects. Most vaccines go from development to testing to released to the public in 6-9 years. This was released within 1 year of the beginning of development. That's not enough for many people to feel safe enough to take the vaccine.
With that said, there's a lot of idiots out there who are arguing without logic, saying I don't want to be that 1% of people with side effects we've already seen, which is normal, as well as, people claiming it infringes their rights, which it doesn't.

@@Bigdawggjayy we base all forced vax on 99% effective at preventing transmission and harm. Polio, smallpox, meningitis, etc Have no appreciable side effects, and nearly perfect protection for you and others.
The Rona treatment isnt even remotely close to that effective. It's closer to placebo results than traditional vax.
