Look the truth is that Mahomes has benefitted from a great defense, elite multiple weapons on offense, the fastest WR in the NFL a great oline and HOF coach. Now KC lost players especially on defense. Oline is also hurting, where seeing KC looking like a Mediocre team. It's rare that you get a bunch of elite players in offense and def Together for years. KC had it for a few years, they're done now. SB will be TB vs Buffalo.

So far I've heard it's the Raiders, Bills, San Fran, Patriots, and Bucs that laid the blueprint. Stop it. ITS ALL THE DEFENSE. If Mahomes didn't have to score 45 points a game he wouldn't be forcing the ball and making poor plays. The defense is atrocious though and the chiefs aren't winning anything with this D. But their offense is fine. No one is stopping the chiefs offense besides the chiefs themselves.

The Chiefs don't play fundamentally sound football. The year they won the Superbowl the AFC was reloading. It actually would've been better had they Lost SB 54, they could prepare all off season to stop putting themselves in deficits or change the offense. Now they're not even the 5th best team in the AFC

@@pykemid3954 Mahomes' contract is team friendly compared to a lot of the highest paid QBs. The Chiefs issue as far as the cap goes is that like 55% of it is spent on the defense (Frank Clark, Chris Jones, etc.) and they still suck.

Spagnuolo has a history of bad defenses in the 30 rankings when he gets fired, and that's for 16 games not 5 so this may not change. They have 3 Detroit type games coming up, if the average is 25 points or more these games he's gone if there is some old defensive coach doing special assistant duty available. A coordinator position on KC, you can end up in the Super Bowl, you can take chances because Mahomes can make up for mistakes. I think Mahomes if making mistakes because of the pressure from the bad defense and he will continue to make mistakes if the defense ends up ranked over 25 in points allowed and they currently are in the 30s.

We have 3 losses to 3 of the best teams and we've clearly been losing because of all the little mistakes we're making on offense. Our defense was good last night by our standards at least. The Chiefs success was always a fluke to me. Their 3rd and 4th quarter comebacks were always the other team screwing up giving them a chance to win the game. Now the other team plays well in the first two quarters and now the last two and the Chiefs luck ran out.
