And graduating is the key to success
Working is a must. How is it not? (I agree with the graduating one though)
Honestly, they're both hell in their own way.
School: You are more prone to bullying in school than you are at work. You also don't have any choice of what subject you do, you have to follow your timetable schedule. You also have to worry about the pressure of exams. Also the work itself you do in school is just generally not nearly as fun as the work you do in... "work." And whether you like the work in school or not, you *have* to do it! Where as with work, you can choose a job that suits you best (though it still isn't that easy). And at least with work, you get rewarded with money.
Work: You are more pressured to enjoy yourself, because if you don't, you have to go through the pain of finding another job. You also finish work later in the day than school, and don't get as long holidays. In school here in the UK, you get at least 2 weeks off at Christmas (and more if your school has staff training days). I don't think work would give you that much time off. In fact with most jobs, you'd be very lucky to just have the day off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
