This answer is late but they can actually correct the camera movement in post production, so the original image would have been larger than what we're seeing and they added a smooth digital zoom (you can see the same at the end of BTS' War of Hormone MV)
They should have done this too for NCT 2020 esp with the increasing number of members. It would have helped so many new fans that came during NCT 2020. Wishing for more of the explosive 2018 creativity they had for this year too

So when nct 2020 was created, they will only be a “2020 Group” they can still make nct 2021, nct 2022, nct 2023 and many more in the future tho with the same members or if any new members will be added. :))
