So I thought of this really weird theory. What if they are like all happy,sweet,bright, normal humans in daytime (they have dark eyes and no contacts in parts of the video, so I imply they're still human), and they control this shop filled with sweets. Then Yeri comes along lost or something (like Hansel and Gretel) and gets lured into the shop at Route 66.(It's a route which is basically impossible to escape in stories). They lure her and become friends, and as night comes(In the video, you see them walking in the sunset and Seulgi looks up as if looking at the sky to see how long till it's nighttime), the 4 (Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy) become vampires. Obviously, Yeri tries to run, but it's route 66, so there's no escape. Eventually, she gets converted into a vampire, and all 5 lure more people in with their sweet shop, hence the name Ice Cream Cake. ITS A MIXTURE OF HANSEL AND GRETEL, VAMPIRES, AND ROUTE 66. Maybe I'm overthinking. lol. xD

In the teaser pic there's route 66 on the cashier. I've heard so many horror stories about that route. It's like a route in which it's never ending and you keep going and seeing the same people (ghosts). Eventually, you go crazy. I think it's obvious it's going to be quite a creepy concept. I'm super excited. I don't see how ice cream cake goes with this though. I hope Red Velvet surprises me. Super duper excited. xD
