Eun woo's curiosity on marriage is just so innocent. Look at him, smiling brightly and naively (not knowing what he has done). I think because he says his weakness is that he is bad at relationships, he really wanted to learn from others' experiences about how to deal with it. That's just so pure and cute.

Just because you're curious doesn't make it okay to ask. Situations like that are a completely personal, private, and sensitive matter that is no ones business unless they decide to tell you so. It's like asking why someone doesn't have kids yet, why someone goes to therapy, why aren't your parents together, etc. He knew it was an inappropriate question, as everyone does, he just thought that because he had "good intentions" or was "innocently curious" that it was okay. But it wasn't. Everyone's curious about things about other peoples lives, doesn't make it an excuse to try to dig into it. I also think he wasn't trying to purposely embarrass the guy but "Genuinely curious or not" it was inappropriate.
