In the Boruto manga Isshiki says to Boruto that he will kill Naruto or Sasuke if he doesn't come out of where he was hiding. So that means either Naruto or Sasuke will die soon if he doesn't come out but Isshiki will probably kill one of them either way or maybe both

The Bijū never gave him Six Paths Senjutsu during the war though. It was Hagoromo who gave him Six Paths Senjutsu which was sourced from Juubi Madara's severed body. Naruto only had small amounts of Bijū chakra within him to output their Kekkei Genkai, and that's when they are linked.
They need to or someone needs to make a part where he uses his full power and not just how he gets his full power

No, Sasuke does not die in Boruto. He lost his Rinnegan in the climactic battle against Isshiki and Momoshiki, but Sasuke held on to his life. It does not seem at this point another conflict could take his life. Boruto used his newfound Karma abilities to transport the group
