Right in front of my eyes?? It was an unreal experience like I remember her and the team walking up that park, about to take their seats and I was like "TAEYEON!!" and waving at her like crazy 😭 and she turned around, looked me straight in the eyes and was like "Hiii" and waved back... man best day of my life.. and again, she sounded so good and looked so BEAUTIFUL!! it’s so difficult hearing her sing because my ears eventually get drowned out by my streaming tears. i can’t stop coming back to this video and her cover of slow motion, they’re my favorite videos on youtube and that will probably never change. i’m so blessed to have lived in the same generation as this woman, she has one of the most amazing voices i’ve ever heard. i grew up being classically trained and watching many operas, but Taeyeon honestly takes the cake in terms of conveying emotions and displaying a story…. i pray to God that i’ll someday see her live.

When you are 30+++ years old.. and listening to this song again.. The lyrics really hit me...

She is the only vocalist that I love a lot with the nasal sound. I remember when I she was younger she limited nasal noise. Now she uses as much when she intends and it sounds amazing. I can't even imagine how many times she would've practiced singing to combine nasal sound and voice to make balance. A lot, a lot of singers fail that practice as it's really hard and that creates preference to listeners but I would say she overcame that

i don't cry that easily but whenever I'm fully emotionally exhausted and to numb to cry, I always go back here to bring out my suppressed emotions and not just cry but sobbed. She really delivered every lyrics and makes you relate to every word and sentence. every time she gets to the part "we are sad of getting old, I'm so mad of getting old" parts it just hits you.

I’ve always thought she had the best or one of the best English pronunciation out of Korean natives in the industry. She 99% sounds like an English native here.
