A major purpose of these dolls is to help those who suffered through miscarriages or stillborn children. It helps them with the trauma of losing a child before it was even born. Miscarriages and stillborn children can really mess with the parents' mental health, especially the pregnant person. These dolls help them ease a little bit of that trauma but in my personal opinion, it is not a good thing since most of the time, when the traumatized people get these dolls, they start to think of it as their real baby and get overly attached to an inanimate object as if it were truly real which will only have adverse effects in the future.

I think these silicone babies are awful for people’s mental health because while people might feel better it’s not safe because you could get attached to an inanimate object-just my personal opinion
