R: rice
A: applesauce
T: toast
(+water)
These foods are supposed to be gentle on your stomach. Feel better soon anyone who is sick!
I looovveee eating applesauce when I'm sick. In a lot of cases it's the only thing I can keep down. It has literally saved me from a trip to the hospital when I threw up 7 times within 12 hours before finally figuring out that applesauce was the one food I owned that I could keep down.

I caught the flu last year, and it was after Christmas and was snowing outside my house, the snow was great for my fever.
The flu sucks, I felt like crap, and I was in pain. I was coughing so much blood vessels in my eye bust making them red. It was so bad I had to be hooked up to a air pump machine as I slept in the living for a month (if I was going to feel horrible at least I’d make it easy to go to the bathroom and have a large TV to watch).
Upside I got my treatments at home with no hospital stays, my mom was with there to take care of me, and I’m alive after a whole month later.
This is coming from a person who only had 2 hospital stays in my whole life, and one of them was the day I was born, I don’t get sick that often and when I do its epic, near death, sick days.
