When I got into high school, I was really liked by everyone cause of my personality. I wasn't being fake like before, it really changed me for the better.

being yourself is so important, it was hard for me in 7th grade - i was super shy an only really talked to my couple of friends but in 8th - 9th grade i learned that being yourself is a key factor to gaining friends you actually like. by the middle of 8th grade i had so many friends - too many to count but they were all so sweet an very caring.

I have gone through the same way Adam went through and seeing him talking about this makes me feel happy

I'm really grateful I found you growing up, this video especially stuck with me and I'm very sure if not for this I would have stuck with people who were terrible to me in Freshmen year, and I would have still hated myself, and the people around me. But I've found my group, I'm like genuinley happy. Thanks for putting this up, it's been a while but it still is one of my favorite videos.

I did the same exact thing in middle school, I was trying to fit in but instead of being part of it, they treated me like I was invisible or uninteresting. About 8th was when I said "F*ck it, I'm not even gonna try anymore."
But I proceed to try as well as endure with a toxic friend cuz I was scared of being alone. Until freshmen year of highschool.
Now the highschool that I go to is an Art school and the atmosphere there is completely different. And when I mean different I mean like....no one gives a crap about popularity and are nice and genuine people. And I am a completely changed person :3

3 years ago when I watched this back in covid I didn’t really take this video seriously and watched it for entertainments. But now that I’m turning grade 11, I realized how much I relate to this video. I can never fit in with the popular kids and they just make me miserable. Now that I’ve learned to be myself I’m gonna enjoy senior high.

Dude what you said at the beginning is gonna carry me through life people make fun of me and pretend to be my friend but when their asked if their friends with me they say no its like their embarrassed that they know me i try so hard to fit in but its too hard only my best friend basically is the only one who wasn’t embarrassed to be around me and i owe him so much for that.
