This is so very true. I am just now realizing this truth. It's been really challenging trying to stop myself from having negative thoughts and changing my beliefs considering the proof that has manifested due to those beliefs. It kinda keeps me in the cycle. But I'm trying so, so, so hard to change myself. I'm over being depressed, lonely, bitter and negative. I want a BETTER life. I deserve better! Many people of my generation- I was born in 1981- think they're not accountable for anything. All they want is freedom and rights. However, the other side of the coin is responsibility. Be a good, father, son, daughter, teacher, student, whatever. Choose to lift a rock, carry it from here to there. The very burden becomes our meaning and our purpose.
Being responsible, helping others as well as myself and trying to be a better person everyday, help me find a purpose in my life.
For example, I'm not a great dad, I make a lot mistakes, but I try to give my best. A lot of times I fail, I yell and don't explain why I'm mad at them devils. But I try to forgive myself and do better the next time.
Life is a struggle, but ultimately it's better this way. I now think of hardships as possibilities to improve. But god, sometimes it's hard. Chin up, eh!

I have anxiety myself. Very important good sleep and rest. Then right food. Water and medicines. It helped me to control my anxiety.
I've been there. I strayed too and anxiety overwhelmed me, to the point of physical sickness.
My words are only my words, they may resonate with you or not but.....
I feel you need to reconnect to earth and the universe where you once started.
Don't worry about the past and don't fill your mind with worry about the future. They are seemingly both out of your control, The PRESENT is the only reality you are seeing right here, right now.
Try to remove all negative energies in your life, people, technology etc.
Switch off all wifis and phones, use them when needed and switch off again. Stop watching TV. Make yourself a sleeping ritual and sleep the correct hours during darkness. Try to meditate before sunrise in the mornings, between 4&5am, the earth's peaceful resonance is at its best then.
Ground yourself to earth in an electrical way, you need to balance your electricity. Bare feet in the grass or sand, practice meditation or yoga in this grounded state. Try guided meditation to start with.
Stop eating lab made processed food, particularly processed meat. Grow your own life in the garden with food and plants for your health.
Balance the pH levels in your body with the food you eat.
Fill your own home with signs that represent positivity, peace and love to you, then learn to spread it and share amongst others that are willing to receive it.
Listen to positive frequency ranges and music like this. Or use the different sound frequency bandwidths to help aid your given situation. Yours being anxiety at the moment. I can recommend you certain videos but it's best to find the ones that suit you.
Use the frequency of smells and scents that resonate with you. Use them to also calm your mind and anxiety, remove negativity from your mind.
Learn to breathe, practice your breathing and filling your body with beautiful fresh earth air. Try to avoid places with bad unnatural air doing this.
You will most likely find your God trying these things. π
After achieving this healthy positive state of mind/life, if you were to take a small dose of a hallucinogenic plant....
you may just see the universe or at least some of the other frequencies out there. π€―

How wonderful of you. I'm not a precise Christian but my twin sister was for 25 years until she died. She used to talk and pray in tongues over the phone to myself. She moulded my life into a better thing, much better, asked myself to go to a good spirit-filled Church and I did that and found some lovely things there, including a miracle for my foot that had been in such pain and my doctor tried to cure my foot but could not. I've had plenty of miracles, it's lovely what The Lord God does. In fact, the miracles started when someone said to myself that if I recited these next words, I'd have many miracles. The words are "As a Son of God, I have a righteous heritage of daily miracles". It's been years and the miracles started the next day, wonderful things. I give HIM my love, every day, and often, the 'reply' is: LOVE, the real true emotion of LOVE.
This is my go to high frequency shifter. Resonating with my eternal heart and soul. May we all be peace makers . Love to all.
