Beltre is hands down oneof my all time favorite MLB players. one of the few that could take the game serious and still have a blast with his teammates.
Beltre was an ambassador for the fun of baseball.
I'm not a Rangers fan but Beltre was fun to watch. So obvious he loved being out there.

It's safe cuz as you said the runner wasn't touched with the glove. In this case it needs to be tagged out since it was a stolen base and nobody was running to the first base
